Carlin Dixon
Carlin Dixon began her early dance training with Orlando Ballet School and Patel Conservatory Youth Ballet before becoming a trainee with Next Generation Ballet in Tampa, Florida. There she trained under the direction of Peter Stark, Ivonne Lemus, and Philip Neal for four years. During her time at Next Generation Ballet, Ms. Dixon had the opportunity to perform soloist roles in many full-length ballets including The Nutcracker, Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, and Don Quixote. She received additional training at summer intensives at Central Pennsylvania Youth Ballet, Pacific Northwest Ballet, Carolina Ballet, and The Washington Ballet. In 2021 Ms. Dixon graduated Cum Laude from the University of Florida, where she studied dietetics and dance. In 2021, Ms. Dixon joined Ballet Frontier and has performed soloist roles including Snow Queen and Arabian Lead in The Nutcracker, Carabosse in The Sleeping Beauty, and has performed in various full-length and original works with Ballet Frontier including Swan Lake, Variations on a Rococo Theme by Chung Lin Tseng, and Carmen. This is Ms. Dixon's third season with Ballet Frontier.
