Ballet Frontier of Texas is dedicated to community outreach and holds many outreach events and programs throughout the year. These include The Nutcracker School Show field trip, public library reading sessions, participating in career day at public schools, performing with the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, dancing at Fort Worth ISD schools, and providing charity tickets to non-profit organizations.  The ballet company also started an outreach program last year as well, offering ballet classes at Lena Pope for Title I Schools.  Ballet Frontier provides the Roy Tobias Scholarship to youth dancers as well, presented at the Youth Dance Festival.

Ballet Frontier offers free lectures and performances at schools. At the outreach events at schools and libraries, Ballet Frontier not only has dancers perform for the children but also educates them about what it takes to be a dancer.

Each year, the ballet company gives 1,000 charity tickets to non-profit organizations and the people they serve to attend one of the Ballet Frontier’s performances free of charge.  Past organizations who received charity tickets include Lena Pope, Alliance for Children, Ronald McDonald House, HOPE Farm, Covenant Kids, The Women’s Center, The Warm Place, A Wish With Wings, One Safe Home, Caring Hearts for Children, Boys and Girls Club, Girls Inc., and All Church Home.  Many of the people who attend would not normally have the opportunity to see classical ballet.  As a result, many of these families and individuals will be able to enjoy ballet for the first time and be inspired and touched by the arts.  By providing free tickets to these organizations and the families they serve, Ballet Frontier's goal is to allow more people in the community to experience the arts and dance.

Ballet Frontier continually partners with other organizations to further promote the classical arts to all communities. This includes work with Lena Pope, the Fort Worth Symphony Orchestra, the Humane Society of North Texas, Fort Worth ISD, The Kimbell Museum of Art, and The Stayton at Museum Way Senior Living Community,
